    Conference update #4

The ECTA Conference Committee has been working hard to prepare for the 2012 Annual Conference and we are extremely proud of the diversity and quality of this year's presenters. This month's update focuses on 2 of the Masterclasses:

Anthony Semann (Leadership and Change) and Robyn Dolby's (Supporting Daily Transitions) - Stimulating and challenging sessions-Book Now -all sessions filling fast!

If nothing else 2012 is definitely a year of change for the early childhood fraternity! That's what makes Anthony Semann's Masterclass -'Reconceptualising leadership and change: The politics of identity' such a must go to session at the conference this year.
What makes Anthony's Masterclass so special?

Anthony will empower, transform and assist us to reflect on how our approaches to communication, leadership, diversity, values, relationships and workplace culture affect our services, businesses and ultimately the community. Places are filling fast so book now and make sure you don't miss out!

Interested in children being secure, happy and resilient?

Robyn Dolby's Masterclass 'Using attachment thinking to support children's daily transitions' will provide strategies to support our practices in this important area.

Robyn's area of interest is in using attachment theory to inform reflective practice in early child hood settings. Participants will come away with an ability to better identify opportunities for promoting secure attachments throughout their programs and be better able to lead children to more respectful and cooperative relationships that will build friendships and develop a sense of belonging. You will also come away knowing how to document your relationship support and what it brings to the child.

Robyn's session is also filling fast so book now to secure your place.

We look forward to meeting you at Sheldon on June 23rd 2012 for learning, sharing and networking.
