    Conference update #3

    Registrations for ECTA members opens this Friday

    At 9am this Friday 9 March all 2012 financial ECTA members will receive a personal email inviting them to register for the 2012 ECTA Annual Conference.

    The only way to register before 30 March is by clicking the YES button in this email.

    I recommend you register ASAP as many workshops will book out within two weeks and before registrations open to the public on 30 March.

    Every ECTA 2012 financial member will receive the email at the same time. Do not forward your personal invitation to anyone else as if you do it may delete your registration.

    You may pay online with a credit card at time of registration or select Invoice as payment type to pay by cheque or bank transfer at a later date.

    You can access the 37th ECTA Annual Conference website via the link below or by clicking the button on the ECTA website homepage.

    You cannot register from the link on the ECTA website until 30 March.

    Organisational Members Admin instructions

    Print out the Daily Program page on the Conference Website and give to staff NOW so that they can give you preferences for sessions 3 and 6.

    You will be able to register all staff attending by clicking the link on the personal invitation to register which you will receive at 9am on 9 March.

    Two staff members may register as Organisational Member Staff Claiming Full Conference Discount and all other staff should register as Organisational Member Staff Claiming Partial Conference Discount.

    I recommend you ask for preferences as some workshop will book out quickly and you may not be able to register them with their first choice.

    Before going online to register you will need to know the answers to several questions asked during the registration process e.g. Dietary information, whether the delegate wants their name and school posted on line on the attending delegates page and if they wish their email address given to traders.

    When you reply to the personal invitation to register you will be taken to the online registration form. Delete the school name in the First Name (for name tag) section and replace it with the first staff member attending and add there Surname.

    Add your name and email address as the Booker/CC to receive a copy of the Confirmation/Tax Invoice. You may pay online with a credit card at time of registration or select Invoice as payment type to pay for all staff in one cheque or bank transfer at a later date.
