Leadership: an inside job 5pm - 6:30pm
It is a privilege to be able to lead others, and to inspire them to learn and grow. To be able to have a positive impact on individuals, on people we work with or the community we work for is a great privilege and leaves a legacy. And to be able to do this in a truly effective way with the least amount of effort requires great self leadership!
Light Refreshments 6:30pm - 7pm
It's all about YOU! 7pm - 8:30pm
This presentation is about nurturing hearts and souls, re-connecting people to their passion and reminding them why they choose to do what they do, and inviting them to take ownership of the impact they make every day. It is about connecting to the place inside you that will leave you feeling inspired and empowered to deliver information and knowledge gained at the conference with passion and ownership. Delegates will be entertained, will laugh, may cry a little and they will be challenged. They will be taken on a lively, feeling, soul nurturing and, sometimes, confronting journey that will rouse their senses, stir their emotions and challenge them to take action. It's not just a seminar, it's a SHOW! It's about giving back to those that give so much of themselves.

Julie Cross, is not your 'run-of-the-mill' professional speaker. In fact, she prefers to describe herself as a 'passionate speaker', and that is part of what makes her so memorable, and her presentations so incredibly powerful and life-changing. An experienced speaker, with 18 years on various stages educating, energising and entertaining people from all walks of life and professions, Julie has an innate ability to connect with her audiences. Julie inspires audiences to feel her message rather than just hear it; she re-energises individuals and empowers them to take responsibility for the way in which they have chosen to make a difference ... through their work. She doesn't just deliver information into their heads; she also nurtures their hearts and souls. We are more aware now than ever before that the link between personal and professional development can no longer be ignored and as we work on the people behind the job they do, self-leadership is instilled and workplaces will reach peak levels of performance.
92% of the 2016 ECTA Annual Conference delegates rated Julie's keynote at Excellent
'Julie was a very inspiring and entertaining speaker. Her content was relevant to my work with children and for myself personally. Julie provided me with a lot of information that provoked both personal and professional reflection.'
'Julie Cross - her presentation was outstanding. She had me laughing, crying, empathising, dancing, encouraged, enthused, reinvigorated and humming the next morning. My sparkle is alive. My energy is high, I give and I receive, some action is required, the universe will provide. She ticked all the boxes for me from the moment she walked on that stage.'
