Are you someone responsible for supervising preservice teachers during their professional experience period? If so, this workshop is designed to support you in this role and in addition, equip you with the skills to train others. The QCT, in conjunction with the Department of Education has developed an Evidence Guide and a Reporting Framework to support supervising teachers in assessing preservice teachers against the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers. Both resources are available to support all involved in the professional experience process.
Presented by the Queensland College of Teachers, this two-day interactive workshop (Broncos Leagues Club, 1 and 2 May 2018) is designed to provide participants with the resources and strategies to train supervising teachers in making evidence-based, consistent decisions.
