Password Retrieval Process

Step 1

Go to the login page and select “Lost Your Password.”

Step 2

Enter the email address that you have registered with ECTA.

Step 3

You shall now receive an email from ECTA with your Password Reset Request.

Click: “Click here to reset your Password”

Step 4

Enter your new password and then re-enter the new password for confirmation and click SAVE.

Step 5

Head back to the Login page and enter your email address and your new password.
